About the job
At Wald School, over 250 employees work with great commitment. Around 1,200 schoolchildren are accompanied on their way to the future in five school units.
The Burg Secondary School is a manageable, lively school unit with around 300 young people. In a motivated and collegial team, we accompany and support our students in their academic as well as personal development.
WAH – Economy, Work, Household (approx. 30%)
In this role, you impart central everyday skills and enable young people to navigate a complex living environment reflectively and responsibly. In lessons as well as in elective subjects, you link economic contexts, sustainable consumption, and practical life management into a coherent learning offer with high life relevance.
To complement our team, we are looking for a teacher starting August 1, 2026 for
Your profile - we are looking for
- Teaching diploma for lower secondary level (Sek I) with corresponding subject qualification
- Didactic confidence in conveying practical life content
- Interest in current social and sustainable topics
- Structured and at the same time flexible lesson design
- Team spirit and commitment to school collaboration
