Socioprofessional Lead Instructor (M/F)
Location: Mont-sur-Lausanne
Contract: Permanent full-time (100%)
Start date: to be agreed
Main tasks
- Supervision of OAI (Disability Insurance Office) interns: training on activities, skills development, evaluation, guidance, etc.
- Ensure the follow-up of assigned integration measures, from implementation to review, by defining and coordinating the integration project with various partners.
- Individually support interns in their journey, observe their progress and contribute to identifying their skills, resources and development areas.
- Manage administrative follow-up of files: observations, reports, tracking hours, communication with clients and participation in networks.
- Organise, coordinate and supervise workshop activities, particularly in mechanics (machining and assembly), logistics, carpentry and repairs.
- Ensure proper execution of assigned activities, as well as compliance with quality requirements and safety standards.
Required skills
- Holder of a basic qualification in a technical/manual field and ideally additional training in support work
- Good understanding of a technical environment and ease in managing varied activities.
- Proven experience in socioprofessional supervision, adult education or integration
- Human qualities and interpersonal ease, empathy and openness to support people in vulnerable situations
- Organisational skills, ability to coordinate multiple activities and a taste for teamwork.
- Excellent observation, analysis and evaluation skills.
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office) and excellent writing skills.
- Experience in an institutional environment is an asset
