CNC Mechanic specialising in Quality Assurance (50/50)
Job Description- Monitoring and ensuring quality standards and manufacturing processes
- CNC turning, operation, programming and commissioning of machines
- Manufacture of precision parts according to drawings and specifications
- Independent quality control of manufactured parts
- Conducting measurements and tests as well as documenting the results
- Assisting in the optimisation of manufacturing and quality processes
- Completed training as a CNC mechanic, polymechanic or comparable qualification
- Experience in CNC turning
- Experience in quality assurance and handling of measuring and testing equipment
- Knowledge of the ISO 13485 quality management standard is an advantage
- Experience in creating and documenting test protocols
- Quality awareness, reliability and teamwork skills
- Independent and precise working style
- Willingness to work partial 2-shift schedules
The role comprises approximately 50% CNC manufacturing and 50% quality assurance.
