What you can achieve with us:

In this versatile role, you are the direct contact person for our customers and suppliers. Your tasks include:

• Friendly, professional reception and support of customers and suppliers
• Receiving, processing and reliably forwarding incoming telephone calls
• Coordinating appointments and obtaining repair approvals from insurance companies in connection with claims
• Providing information and advice
• Taking on general administrative tasks
• Supporting the supervisor

What you bring with you:

You are service-oriented, communicative and keep an overview even in a busy workday. A professional appearance and respectful interaction with different stakeholders are natural for you. In addition, you bring the following:

• Training as a car painter or bodywork technician
• Good MS Office skills as well as PC user knowledge
• You keep an overview and work precisely when handling parallel tasks
• Experience in direct contact with customers and suppliers
• Confident and well-groomed appearance with appropriate manners
• Language skills: German (fluent), English (good)
