Responsibilities
- Configuration of degree programmes in the school administration software "Evento" as a basis for all further administrative tasks such as certificate definitions, period planning, event and workload planning
- Key User: "Evento": You are the contact person for users regarding application questions, ensure knowledge exchange and process coordination with persons of the same or complementary function, and are responsible for testing new functionalities or during release changes
- Advising the "Degree Programme Coordination" office and degree programme management regarding the technical implementation of new degree programmes and revision of existing degree programmes
- Maintaining module master data and ensuring data quality in Evento as a basis for invoicing teaching services to the federal government and cantons
- Participation in the coordination and technical implementation of module selections in the ZHAW module selection tool
- Participation in digitisation projects around the topics "Evento Coordination", "Module Management" and "Module Selections"
Profile

- an IT or commercial education
- an affinity for and experience with complex software systems
- analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as a strong solution orientation
