Your tasks

• You assist our residents with personal care, dressing and undressing, as well as mobilisation, taking into account their individual needs and abilities
• You motivate and activate the residents to use their existing resources and promote their independence within the scope of daily activities
• You pay attention to changes in the residents’ well-being or behaviour and immediately pass this information on to the responsible nursing professional
• You carefully and precisely document the services provided and observations according to our standards
• You work hand in hand with nursing professionals and FaGe's to ensure optimal and holistic care

What you bring

• You have training as an SRK care assistant or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• You have a big heart for elderly people and value appreciative, empathetic and resident-centred care
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in long-term care – re-entrants are also warmly welcome
• You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and respectful in dealing with colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• Very good German skills are very important for communication with our residents and within the team
