Who are we?

The Swiss Federal College for Vocational Education and Training HEFP is the Swiss expert organisation for vocational education and training. We offer training and continuing education for those responsible for vocational education and training, conduct research projects on vocational education and training, contribute to the development of professions, and support international cooperation in vocational education and training. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (head office), Lausanne and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich.

For the Training sector, "Teaching Qualifications" in Renens, we are looking for 1 February 2027 or a date to be agreed upon a

Teacher at 60%

Your responsibilities

• Teaching within the framework of teacher training, mainly in the DBP-DES-DMP-DSP diploma courses of the Training sector, including preparation, supervision of trainees and monitoring of teaching, in accordance with the curricula
• Assessment of students' performance according to regulations
• Advice and support for trainees, in particular through visits in professional situations and in the context of diploma work
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to teaching
• Technological monitoring and maintenance of didactic skills
• Development of courses and services within the training pathways
• Participation in regional or national coordination and development meetings at the level of the study pathway and the sector concerned

Your profile

• Vocational education teacher (university-level qualification, master’s in psychology or educational sciences or equivalent), pedagogical training and proven experience in adult education
• Experience in teaching vocational education (initial or higher) and very good knowledge of the vocational education network
• Advanced skills in psycho-pedagogy, didactics, individual support. Experience in special education would be an asset.
• Digital pedagogical skills in teaching and proficiency with IT tools
• Ease in interpersonal contacts
• Good ability to work independently and in a team
• Initiative
• Organisational skills and thoroughness in work
• Excellent command of spoken and written French, good knowledge of another national language
