Reception Staff Migration (40-90%) | Bern Area (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:

• You manage the reception in an asylum centre
• You register new asylum seekers and handle all administration related to new registrations
• Telephone management and report writing are part of your responsibilities
• Access control and the associated reporting are your responsibility
• You coordinate various process workflows in collaboration with your team

What you bring:

• Mandatory willingness to work night shifts and in a three-shift system (including weekend and public holiday duties)
• At least 20 years old
• Impeccable reputation (verification of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
• Very good German skills, good English skills, and basic French knowledge
• Know-how of current information and communication technologies, as well as very good user skills in the MS Office suite
• Communicative, good manners, well-groomed appearance
• High resilience and a confident demeanour
