To strengthen our team in Zurich Dietlikon, we are looking for a committed individual as Sales Internal Staff 100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Competent customer advice as well as receiving and processing enquiries and orders by telephone and e-mail
• Creation, processing and follow-up of quotations and orders
• Support of the sales field service in preparing quotations and order processing
• Monitoring and updating quotations in the CRM and ERP systems
• Recording and maintaining customer master data, managing and processing the central mailbox of the internal sales department
• Daily invoicing of orders
• Monitoring appointments and deadlines

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or technical training with commercial further education
• Solid professional experience in internal sales
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, CRM and ERP as well as BC/Salesforce
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills an advantage
• Independent, proactive and reliable working style with high initiative
