Administrative Assistant for the Clinic of Medical Oncology and Haematology 80-100%

Your main tasks
- Performance management and controlling of the clinic
- Handling of complaint cases as well as rejections by insurers
- Preparation of internal clinic evaluations and statistics
- Calculation and monitoring of patient deposits
- Processing of creditor and debtor invoices
- Support of the clinic manager in internal and hospital-wide projects
- Collaboration in process optimisation in the assigned areas of responsibility
- Representation within the team
Your profile
- Completed commercial or business administration training
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of clinical information systems, SAP advantageous)
- Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
- Responsible, resilient personality with a structured, goal-oriented and independent working style
- High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks
- Flexibility and motivation to proactively contribute even in a dynamic environment
