The campus is located in the green Rotmonten district, near the university and just a few minutes from the city centre of St. Gallen.

• Professional and personnel management of the reception and administration team
• Implement deployment planning and task distribution according to strengths
• Deployment planning and optimisation of deployment planning with regard to shifts
• Ensuring a warm, excellent and professional guest service
• Responsible for debtor management and compliance with ICS guidelines
• Occasional coverage of shifts (reception, occasionally weekend duties)
• Active development of marketing and sales campaigns
• Active customer support
• Project work within the framework of the digitalisation strategy
• Budgeting within the framework of the management's specifications
• Active participation in the management team of the further education centre
• Co-responsible for apprentice training (hotel communications specialist)

• Experience in hospitality and tourism is essential
• Experience with PMS hospitality systems
• Experience in seminar sales

Additional training:

• Marketing or sales
• Trainer
• Hotel management school (desired)
• Professional experience in the field:
• at least 6 years
