Department
On our ward A3, we support children and adolescents in challenging life situations with high professional competence, empathy, and commitment. In specialised psychosomatic acute care as well as in the therapy programme for eating disorders, we work interprofessionally and jointly create a protected environment for stabilisation, development, and perspectives. To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent individual as Certified Social Pedagogue FH / HF 80%.
Main Tasks
- Key worker role: You accompany children and adolescents as a fixed key worker and actively shape the individual care and development process.
- Crisis management: You care for and stabilise children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 in psychiatric and somatic emergency and crisis situations.
- Multimodal therapy: You actively contribute your social pedagogical expertise to our interprofessional team and help shape the multimodal treatment plan.
- Milieu therapy & ward routine: You create a safe, development-promoting relational and orientation framework through a clear daily structure and lead resource-oriented group and leisure activities.
- Project participation: You actively engage in the further development of our ward concept and contribute to cross-departmental projects or working groups.
Requirements
- Qualification: Completed training as Certified Social Pedagogue FH / HF (for foreign diplomas with corresponding SBFI recognition).
- Professional background: Practical experience in child, youth, and family work or in psychiatric care as well as a deep interest in the treatment of eating disorders.
- Team spirit & development: Strong interest in interprofessional exchange and joint learning as well as motivation to continuously expand your own psychiatric expertise.
- Working hours: Willingness to work flexible shifts in early, late, and weekend shifts (no night shifts).
