Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Social Work Specialist FH Housing IV

• You significantly drive the further development of our housing offer – from establishing employment structures, through resource-oriented individual development planning to the advancement of our care standards
• You accompany and support people with disabilities in a resource-oriented manner and promote self-determination, development and social participation
• You manage the care process – from planning, through documentation to reflection and further development
• You take on key worker duties and collaborate with relatives, legal representatives and specialist agencies
• You actively contribute your expert knowledge and support and advise colleagues in challenging care situations

• Qualification as a Social Pedagogue or Social Work Specialist FH
• Experience and enjoyment in working with people with disabilities
• Independence, responsibility, team spirit and a resource-oriented attitude

• No night shifts
• Duty roster planned 3 months in advance
