Responsible Legal Service

The Company Our client, the Compensation Office, IV Office and Family Compensation Office

Your Tasks As the person responsible for the Legal Service, you support and advise the employees of the Compensation Office and the IV Office as well as the management in all legal matters. As a professionally independent person, you work closely with the various specialist teams. You take on the following tasks:

• Independent handling of legal cases of the Compensation Office and IV Office
• Litigation before the cantonal administrative court and the Federal Court
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist departments
• Support in professional quality control and staff training

Within the scope of your duties, you maintain a competent, friendly and courteous contact with the insured persons, citizens, courts, partner organisations and supervisory authorities.

Your Profile You are an honest, reliable and loyal person and possess the following professional and personal skills:

• Completed law degree (lic.iur./MLaw)
• Experience in public law and social insurance law of the 1st pillar is an advantage
• Strong service orientation
• Focus on the essentials, confident appearance and assertiveness

You are willing and motivated to engage in our interdisciplinary team and, if necessary, to familiarise yourself with the special field of the 1st pillar.
