For the management of our HR department, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual who actively shapes the future of our company with foresight, leadership skills and passion.

Your Tasks

You lead the HR department with a team of two employees (HR administration including payroll) and ensure a professional, efficient and service-oriented HR operation. You take responsibility for all HR processes along the entire employee life cycle and actively participate in the operational day-to-day business. Your tasks include recruiting new employees, personnel support, assisting with employee interviews, personnel development, and handling labour law issues. Together with your team, you ensure the correct and timely processing of personnel administration, payroll, social security and HR controlling.

As a competent contact person, you advise and support managers in all HR matters. You accompany recruitment processes from the requirement notification to hiring, support employee and development discussions, and provide advisory support to line managers on organisational and personnel issues.

Another focus of your activity lies in the continuous improvement, digitalisation and, where possible, automation of HR processes. You identify optimisation potentials, drive their implementation forward and ensure modern, practical and efficient HR procedures. In addition, you further develop employer branding, strengthen CWA’s positioning as an attractive employer and develop a comprehensive concept for vocational training and the sustainable development of apprentices. Leading and implementing HR projects complete your diverse range of tasks. As an interface to the group and affiliated companies, you coordinate the local implementation of group-wide HR projects, processes and guidelines.

Your Profile

You have a solid education in Human Resources Management, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, HR manager, NDS, CAS or a comparable further qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable generalist HR function with leadership responsibility and ideally have experience in an industrial or manufacturing company.

You are a hands-on personality who appreciates and actively shapes the operational day-to-day business. At the same time, you recognise optimisation potentials and implement improvements pragmatically and goal-oriented. You are comfortable with digital work tools and HR systems and ideally bring experience in the digitalisation and automation of HR processes.

Thanks to your strong service orientation, high social competence and structured way of working, you succeed in competently supporting managers and employees and professionally mastering even demanding situations. You convince through initiative, reliability, implementation strength and a healthy assertiveness. Fluent German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
