- Support of sales management in strategic, operational and organisational matters
- Creation, analysis and interpretation of key figures, reports, forecasts and management information
- Preparation of decision-making bases, reports and coordination of sales-relevant topics
- Support in planning, implementation and success measurement of sales and marketing campaigns as well as conducting target group and potential analyses
- Participation in the conception and implementation of training sessions and ensuring target group-appropriate sales communication
- Conducting key controls and support in compliance, risk and quality assurance issues in the sales environment
- Administrative and organisational support of the sales unit and ensuring efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

- You have a banking qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an analytical, organisational or sales-related function, preferably in the financial services sector
- Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment in analysing and preparing data
- Very good Excel skills
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
- Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High initiative, flexibility and quality awareness
