Administrative Coordinator (m/f)At ISS, we all call ourselves "Placemakers." Your tasks:
- Monitoring tickets on the Tririga platform (internal ticketing system)
- Placing orders on the internal purchasing platform
- Electronic archiving of documents
- Preparing contracts and service sheets
- Drafting offers
- Vetting for external suppliers
- Managing building access and follow-up
- Modifying and tracking contract amendments
- SAP project management
- Supporting operational managers in various administrative aspects visit announcements, access requests, Katana)
- Preparing invoice proposals and supervisor control according to the current process
- Checking and posting debtor and creditor invoices, as well as reminder follow-up
- Creditor reminders
- Training new employees
- Analyzing numerical data to optimize/improve existing processes
- Monthly KPI control
- Performing various administrative tasks inherent to the role (visit announcements, access requests)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training, CFC commercial employee or equivalent
- Further training in the administrative field
- Several years of proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar position, ideally in the service sector
- Proficient in French, read, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level) - an asset
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good organizational and priority management skills
- Adaptability to changes and unforeseen events
- Attention to detail and respect for processes
- Autonomy in daily work
- Ease in collaborating and coordinating activities with different interlocutors
