We live an uncomplicated and collegial working atmosphere with a first-name culture and regular staff events. Participation and involvement as well as personal responsibility are highly valued by us.

The weekly working time is 42 hours. Apprentices up to 20 and employees from 59 receive 30 days of holiday. All other employees enjoy 25 working days of holiday. For professional staff, we follow the guidelines of the Canton of Bern and pay market-appropriate salaries. Where operationally possible, we offer home office.

Our own catering teams offer fresh and seasonal cuisine at all locations at reasonable prices. Sports, leisure, and educational offers promote health in the workplace.
