Fintelligence is looking for immediate or agreed support in the area of E-Learning and Mediamatics. The focus of the role is on creating and maintaining digital learning content, managing our E-Learning platform, as well as the technical and visual preparation of training materials.

Fintelligence offers customised and individualised services in personnel and organisational development for financial service providers. In particular, Fintelligence focuses on development measures and training for customer advisors, team leaders, as well as middle and back-office staff of banks.

Our E-Learning modules are a central element and are continuously developed in terms of content, technology, and visuals.

The business premises of Fintelligence are located on Streulistrasse in Zurich. To some extent, work can also be done from home (home office).

Your main tasks

• Creation, editing, and updating of E-Learning modules with our authoring tool
• Maintenance and management of our E-Learning platform and the learning content contained therein
• Preparation and integration of existing content, images, and media into digital learning formats
• Support in the creation and maintenance of training and information materials
• Support with administrative and organisational tasks in the area of E-Learning

Additional tasks

• Simple visual preparation and adaptation of images, graphics, and other media elements for digital learning content
• Support in the ongoing development of our digital learning offerings

Requirements

• Very good IT user skills and a strong affinity for digital media
• Interest in E-Learning, digital learning formats, and working with E-Learning platforms
• Training or experience in Mediamatics, E-Learning, digital media, or a comparable environment is an advantage
• Experience with E-Learning software, authoring tools, or learning management systems is an advantage but not essential
• Knowledge of image editing and common graphic programmes is an advantage but not essential
• Good sense for appealing and structured preparation of digital content
• Impeccable and professional manner in dealing with customers
• Careful, independent, and conscientious working style
• High sense of responsibility and a "can-do" mentality
• Some time flexibility to complete any urgent tasks that may arise
