Your tasks

• Recording customer orders and processing inquiries via various channels
• Handling e-commerce orders as well as customer support in the D2C sector
• Ensuring a high level of service and solution-oriented communication
• Maintaining and supporting key accounts in close cooperation with the field sales team
• Coordinating and processing returns
• Maintaining conditions and master data
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, purchasing, field sales, and customer service
• Contributing to and optimising processes to increase efficiency in internal sales

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or a comparable position
• Very good language skills in German and French (English & Italian advantageous)
• Confident in using ERP systems as well as common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills
• Team player with an independent, structured working style and high self-motivation
