Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
Client engineering is your craft. As a Workplace Engineer, you technically implement customer projects in the workplace area, from packaging to rollout. You work daily with Intune, Microsoft 365 (M365) and modern client management solutions. You evaluate new technologies in the workplace environment yourself and bring them into operation.
Responsibilities:
You implement customer projects in the workplace environment and take on the management of sub-projects
You continuously operate and develop the software distribution including packaging
In addition, you drive new technology topics around the modern workplace forward
You support 2nd level support with complex client issues
You create technical documentation and keep it up to date
Furthermore, you automate recurring tasks, for example with PowerShell
Qualifications:
You have completed training, for example as an IT specialist EFZ, and have several years of practical experience
Sound knowledge in client engineering distinguishes you
You bring practical experience with software distribution and client management tools
You have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft world, especially client operating systems and M365
Customer and service orientation shape your working style
In addition, you communicate confidently in Swiss German, understand technical English and have a driving licence as well as your own vehicle
