About the job

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent execution of maintenance and repair work on production machines, technical systems and installations in the building according to specifications and schedule
• Monitoring and ensuring the flawless operation of building services systems, including air conditioning, alarm and fire protection equipment
• Management and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas as well as minor tasks in the area of groundskeeping
• Ensuring order and cleanliness
• Contact person for external craftsmen, service technicians and gardeners

Our requirements:

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance, caretaker or a comparable technical qualification is an advantage
• Experience in operational maintenance as well as interest and understanding of technology and building services engineering
• Independent, reliable and clean working style
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of varied practical activities
• Willingness to work outside normal hours in case of technical alarms and fire alarms as well as for special assignments if required (lunchtime, evening, Saturday)
• Team spirit, flexibility and commitment
