Voice and Network Administrator
Your tasks
- Operation of the 2nd-level hotline and processing, dispatching of 2nd-level tickets as well as escalation to 3rd-level support if necessary
- Operation, monitoring and further development of telephony and communication infrastructure
- Administration and support of voice and unified communications solutions
- Support in the operation and further development of the network infrastructure
- Planning and execution of system maintenance
- Participation in integration, migration and infrastructure projects
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Your profile
- Completed training as an electrician, telematics technician, IT specialist, media technician or comparable qualification
- Experience in the operation and troubleshooting of telephony, communication or network infrastructures
- Interest in modern voice and unified communications solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC)
- Knowledge of Alcatel Enterprise, Luware or comparable solutions as well as Cisco and Fortinet solutions is an advantage
- Independent working style, enjoyment of cross-team collaboration as well as high quality and security awareness
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
- Driving licence category B
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty (standby service)
