YOUR TASKS:
- Administration and support of the network and client infrastructure including communication systems
- Support and maintenance of production machines in the area of network infrastructure and software support
- Execution of 1st and 2nd level support
- Independent planning and implementation of various IT projects
- Software distribution and rollout of Windows updates via the "Highsystem" tool
- Participation in the planning and implementation of software and hardware rollouts
- Training and support of users
- Setup and commissioning of IT workstations
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Windows XP to 11), server operating systems (2016 to 2025) as well as Microsoft 365
- Good English skills in spoken and written, French skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment of direct contact with users
- Ability to set priorities and work in a structured manner even in hectic situations
