What you do

• You handle incoming customer enquiries in writing and by phone and find customer-oriented solutions even in challenging situations
• You carry out contract changes and ensure the correct processing of vehicle registrations, transfers and deregistrations as well as other administrative processes
• You competently advise customers, general agencies and internal specialist departments on insurance matters in the non-life private customer business
• You write and process written customer correspondence to a high standard and ensure efficient handling
• You take responsibility for the timely and high-quality processing of your cases

What you bring

• Successfully completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the insurance or financial sector
• VBV certification is an advantage
• Experience in written and telephone customer contact
• High service orientation and quality awareness
• Very good oral and written German and English skills, French and/or Italian are an advantage
