We are looking for a committed, experienced, and professionally strong personality to strengthen and strategically further develop our Life Sciences segment. In our Center of Excellence in Basel, you will take on a central role: As a hub for best practices, innovation, operational optimization, quality assurance, and occupational safety, you will significantly contribute to the further development of our Life Sciences mandates throughout Switzerland.
In close collaboration with global teams as well as various operational and strategic areas of ISS Switzerland, you actively promote knowledge exchange in line with the OneISS strategy – whether to strengthen global key accounts or in the context of acquiring new customers.

Your main tasks:

- Independent planning, control, and successful implementation of projects and subprojects with a focus on Life Sciences
- Development and further development of facility management services and innovative concepts for new and existing customers (e.g., operational and implementation concepts)
- Support of operational service units in process and workflow optimizations to further develop existing mandates and services
- Participation in the acquisition and implementation of new mandates and services
- Expert execution of projects according to SIA 113 (planning and construction-accompanying FM) across all service phases
- Conducting strategic analyses of operational organizations and FM service models
- Consulting on optimizing operating costs and increasing efficiency

Your profile:

- Degree at university of applied sciences or university level in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field (Engineering or Architecture)
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage
- Advantageous: Experience in construction-accompanying facility management (pbFM)
- At least 5 years of experience in executing operational or strategic projects in facility management, preferably in the Life Sciences segment or a related industry sector
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, high initiative, and strong customer orientation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Very good German skills and good English skills
