To complement our team in Olten, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a
Medical Practice Assistant 80 - 100% (Ophthalmology)
Responsibilities
- Organisation of consultations and ensuring a smooth daily routine
- Patient care and administration
- Friendly reception and first point of contact for our patients
- Administration of eye drops
- Provision, cleaning and ordering of consumables, medications and instruments for consultations
- Independent execution of diagnostic measurements (Autoref., NCT, Octopus etc.)
- Recording and updating patient data in IFA and Nexus
Job Requirements
- Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, ophthalmology advantageous
- Open, dynamic and independent personality with great enjoyment in dealing with people
- Team-oriented working style and strong customer focus
- Well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
- Willingness for flexible deployment within the practice activities
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, French advantageous
