Specialist in Communication and Management Support (m/f/d)
- You support management with organisational, administrative, and communicative tasks.
- You coordinate our strategic and operational committees, prepare meetings before and after, and create the corresponding minutes.
- You review and coordinate matters and decision-making bases, keeping an eye on deadlines, dependencies, pending items, and approvals.
- You support our project managers with templates, checklists, and informational materials and ensure the necessary project documentation for controlling and auditing.
- You coordinate internal and external communication and write news, press releases, information letters, and other content.
- You manage our digital communication channels and contribute to the development of communication concepts as well as the clear communication of complex topics.
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) and ideally further training in communication, marketing, business administration, or project management.
- Several years of professional experience in management support, committee work, communication, or project environments.
- Strong organisational talent as well as a structured, reliable, and independent working style.
- Enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders and a confident manner.
- Very good editorial skills and confident German language skills.
- Confident use of digital communication tools and ideally experience with content management systems.
- Knowledge of public administration and experience with digitalisation or ICT topics are advantageous.
- You can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility and scope for creativity.
- You will work in a committed, interdisciplinary team on socially relevant digitalisation projects for the canton and municipalities.
