Your tasks
- Preselect application dossiers and prepare interviews with candidates
- Actively participate in daily HR work
- Optimise processes, collect and prepare ideas on HR topics
- Support HR in projects (e.g. Business Media, corporate culture, change projects)
- Handle administrative tasks related to the employment of staff
Your profile
- Preparing for a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration or BSc Business Economics
- Interest in working with people and enjoyment of operational and conceptual tasks
- Systemic thinking and good analytical skills
- Good Excel skills and confident handling of numbers and data
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, French skills an advantage
