Responsibilities

• Professional, personnel and organisational management of intensive care medicine
• Responsible for specialist medical care of critically ill patients
• Strategic further development of intensive care medicine in close interdisciplinary cooperation
• Promotion of innovation and clinical research
• Strengthening a lively culture of education, training and continuing education

Requirements

• Specialist title in intensive care medicine or equivalent qualification
• Ideally an additional specialist title in anaesthesiology, internal medicine or surgery
• Broad clinical experience in surgical and medical intensive care medicine as well as several years of management activity
• Proven leadership experience, management knowledge and competence in process optimisation
• Integrative personality with enthusiasm for innovation as well as high professional and social competence
