Role:
Do you want to take digital collaboration to a new level and sensibly connect modern cloud technologies? In this role, you will develop a powerful Microsoft 365 environment, automate IT processes, and design secure, flexible workplaces for an increasingly digitalised world.
Responsibilities:
Design, operation and further development of a modern Microsoft 365 platform
Administration and optimisation of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive
Implementation of security and identity concepts with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication
Management and securing of end devices via Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management concepts
Automation of recurring administrative tasks with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate
Development and implementation of governance policies for users, data, permissions and cloud services
Analysis of complex technical faults and sustainable optimisation of system performance
Further development of information protection, data classification and compliance with Microsoft Purview
Participation in cloud migrations, tenant optimisations and the introduction of new Microsoft technologies
Creation of technical concepts, operational documentation and standards for secure and efficient platform operation
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in engineering or operating Microsoft 365 environments
Very good knowledge in at least several areas such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online or Intune
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management and modern authentication methods
Knowledge of PowerShell and ideally the Microsoft Graph API
Understanding of cloud security, permission models and data protection requirements
Experience with hybrid IT environments and integration of existing infrastructures is an advantage
Analytical thinking, structured approach and high technical independence
Motivation to actively use new features and developments in the Microsoft ecosystem
