ECM Integration Consultant (m/f/d)

The real challenge begins when documents are not only archived but processes are intelligently controlled. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who connects ECM platforms with enterprise systems, automates processes, and supports customers from the idea to stable operation.
Responsibilities:
Development of holistic solutions around document management, digital files, and automated business processes
Translation of customer requirements into scalable technical concepts
Planning and implementation of ECM and DMS projects
Integration of document platforms into ERP, CRM, and specialised applications
Building automated workflows and digital approval processes
Development of individual extensions with scripts, APIs, and integration components
Configuration and optimisation of existing enterprise applications
Technical analysis of application landscapes, interfaces, and data flows
Support with migrations, system updates, and technological modernisations
Conducting workshops for process capture and solution definition
Supporting customers during implementation, introduction, and go-live
Handling demanding support and troubleshooting tasks
Continuous improvement of existing solutions regarding performance, automation, and user-friendliness
Creation of technical concepts, system documentation, and solution descriptions
Close collaboration with specialists, developers, and other technology partners
Qualifications:
Higher education or degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
Several years of experience with ECM, DMS, workflow, or input management solutions
Solid knowledge in the technical configuration and integration of enterprise software
Confident handling of SQL databases and interest in system architectures
Experience with scripting, APIs, or comparable technologies for technical extension of standard solutions
Knowledge of at least one enterprise platform for document management or process automation
Understanding of application operation, monitoring, support, and lifecycle management
Strong interest in digitalisation and process optimisation
Enjoyment of customer workshops and presenting technical solutions clearly
Independent, structured, and quality-oriented working style
Willingness to get to know different customer environments and accompany projects on site
