Specialist in Debt Collection (80-100%) – Customer Service Clerk (m/f)

We are a dynamic and growing service company in the healthcare sector, offering doctors, dentists, and other clients innovative billing and debt collection services throughout Switzerland. Our range of services includes the complete handling of our customers' fee claims, from printing and sending invoices to collecting the claims.

To strengthen our Customer Service department, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks include

• processing debt collection files in the legal (managing debt enforcement, continuation, and seizure procedures) as well as pre-legal areas
• removal of legal objections in the form of legal opening and conciliation requests
• participation in conciliation negotiations
• various administrative tasks related to billing management (factoring)
• telephone and written contact with customers, patients, debtors, and authorities
• expanding and optimising our processes, text templates, and modules within the framework of continuous improvement process (CIP)

What you bring

• you have completed commercial training
• you have experience in debt collection, preferably having worked at a debt enforcement office
• you have a flair for legal matters and are familiar with the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG)
• you can set priorities and have an eye for detail
• you are a native German speaker (French skills are an advantage)
• you possess strong communication skills and a healthy assertiveness
• you enjoy working in a team but also appreciate autonomous work
