About the job
- You support the medical management of the Wil Directorate in administrative, organizational, and business management tasks and are an important contact person for leadership issues.
- You independently handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings, interviews, as well as internal and external events.
- In the field of Medicine & Psychology, you keep an eye on the meeting landscape, prepare meetings before and after, take minutes, and maintain the to-do list.
- Continuing education budgets and days are monitored, the creditor workflow is processed, and continuing education contracts are created and managed.
- In personnel administration, you work closely with HR, support recruitments, changes, new hires, and accompany the onboarding of new employees.
- You ensure that the duty and rotation schedules of assistant doctors and assistant psychologists run smoothly, maintain the flow of information, and are available as a central contact person for employees as well as complaint management.
- Professional experience in healthcare or a similar function as well as knowledge in process and project management are ideal.
- Your pronounced organizational talent enables you to efficiently structure even complex tasks.
- Knowledge of the structures and processes in the Swiss healthcare system as well as experience in hospitals or psychiatric clinics are an advantage.
