What you can contribute

• Hub function in a lively environment as a service provider: supporting the department and employees in administrative and organisational matters (e.g. organising meetings and specialist conferences)
• Managing contracts and overseeing the department's business (e.g. creditor workflow)
• Drafting or translating demanding correspondence and documents in German and French as well as providing information in both languages (e.g. telephone service in the department secretariat, answering emails confidently in German)
• Contributing to the department's web presence
