For our plant in Wiler near Utzenstorf, we are looking for a service-oriented, proactive and reliable personality as:
Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)
- Maintenance Planning: Planning and coordination of all preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance measures for the ASU.
- Operational Excellence & Safety: Ensuring a safe, reliable, quality-compliant, efficient and environmentally friendly operation of the plant's maintenance activities.
- Project & Turnaround Management: Coordination and support of technical modifications and engineering projects on site, together with support for TAR management.
- Process Optimisation: Driving continuous, proactive process improvements and leveraging your affinity for automated systems to optimise operations.
- Documentation: Maintenance, updating and provision of plant documentation, including operating manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- On-call duty / Standby: Coordination of and participation in the on-call rotation (standby duty) to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to customers and to carry out rapid fault rectification if necessary.
Deputising for the plant manager as required.
Are you the right person for this job?
- Completed technical training, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or a related field (FH/HF).
- Maintenance experience in a process-oriented industrial environment (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, process engineering or gas plant).
- Understanding of chemical/process engineering technologies (compressors, pumps, turbines, distillation columns, pneumatics and hydraulics).
- German is a MUST, English is a strong advantage.
