Shape the financial future as a Controller

In this role, you actively shape the financial management of the company and make a direct contribution to well-founded management decisions. You work closely with executives, bring transparency to complex contexts, and identify opportunities and risks early on. You also have the opportunity to further develop controlling instruments and contribute your ideas in a dynamic environment.

Your area of responsibility

• Planning & Forecasting: Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and multi-year planning including ongoing updates and scenario analyses
• Controlling & Analyses: Conducting target-actual and variance analyses as well as identifying risks and optimisation potentials
• Management Reporting: Preparation of meaningful reports and KPIs for management and specialist departments
• Cost & Project Controlling: Monitoring cost centres and projects as well as conducting profitability analyses
• Business Partnering & Processes: Supporting specialist departments as a sparring partner and further developing controlling processes and data quality

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training with specialisation and further training in controlling; higher business administration education (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent)
• Very good knowledge of Power BI
• Experience with IFS is an advantage
• Strong affinity for data, digital tools, and AI applications
