• Telephone and written customer advice and support in German, French and English
• Receipt, recording and processing of customer orders
• Processing of customer enquiries and complaints
• Support and processing of the central company mailbox info@curaden.ch
• Administrative and organisational support of the field service and sales management
• Recording and processing of customer and order data in SAP
• Support in the organisation and implementation of trade fairs, congresses and other events
• Administrative processing of returns, credit notes and other order corrections
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data
• General administrative and organisational activities in internal sales
• Support in the optimisation of internal processes and procedures in customer service/internal sales

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or are a trained druggist or pharmaceutical assistant and have experience in everyday office work as well as ideally in internal sales or customer service
• You have very good communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation
• Your German skills are confident, and you also have good French and English skills, both spoken and written
• You work confidently with the common MS Office programmes and ideally already have SAP knowledge
• Your networked thinking, your empathetic nature as well as your resilient and solution-oriented personality distinguish you
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• You are a team player, like to get involved and actively contribute to collaboration and the optimisation of processes
