- Looking after existing producers and customers as well as sustainably expanding customer relationships
- Identifying market opportunities and acquiring new customers
- Actively supporting the expansion of our market position and strengthening regional value creation
- Maintaining contacts in the feed industry, the pig health service, LANDI and other agricultural organisations

- A basic agricultural education
- Ideally further advanced training, e.g. agricultural technician HF or agricultural merchant
- Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as strong advisory and sales skills
- Convincing appearance, assertiveness and an independent, goal-oriented way of working
- Experience in the trade sector desirable
- High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
