Your Tasks

• Competent support and advice to our customers by telephone
• Receipt, recording, and processing of customer orders
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates in cooperation with customers and internal departments
• Preparation of quotations as well as general correspondence
• Support with administrative and organisational tasks in internal sales
• Maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP system

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar function
• German as mother tongue as well as good French skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of telephone contact
• Team-capable, resilient, and flexible personality
