What you can contribute
- Lead a team of seven highly qualified and motivated employees and foster their development
- Conduct feasibility studies, develop and define new projects, and oversee their implementation
- Ensure coordination of internal and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth project progress
- Support and advise Portfolio Management on problem-solving strategies
- Develop concepts, standards, and guidelines regarding strategic property management
What makes you unique
- Architect, civil engineer with a degree from a university or university of applied sciences and further training in business administration, or business economist with further training in real estate or construction economics
- Experience in property management and project execution; analytical skills, synthesis ability, and systemic approach
- Commitment, autonomy, proven expertise; excellent leadership skills with tangible successes in developing and motivating employees
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, stress resistance, and flexibility
- Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third
