Assistant in Clinic Management for the Clinic of Cardiology 60-100%
immediate start or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- You support clinic management with business, organisational and administrative issues and independently take on defined areas of responsibility
- You are responsible for the management and monitoring of third-party business as well as third-party funded projects of the Clinic of Cardiology at USZ and UZH
- You take over personnel management of third-party funded employees of the Clinic of Cardiology
- You are responsible for recharging and invoicing in third-party funding management
- You actively participate in projects to further develop and optimise structures, processes and workflows within the clinic and independently take on sub-projects
- You contribute to financial and HR analyses, evaluations, reporting and controlling tasks and prepare relevant decision-making bases for clinic management
- You support clinic management in operational day-to-day business, especially during holiday absences and other absences
What distinguishes you
- You have completed a commercial basic education and ideally further training in business administration or are pursuing such training
- You bring professional experience in an assistant role, preferably in a demanding and dynamic environment
- You work independently, proactively and responsibly and impress with strong organisational skills. You keep an overview even with diverse tasks and different stakeholders
- Discretion, team orientation and networked thinking also characterise you, as does a reliable and solution-oriented working style
- You have very good German and good English skills as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
