Head: Life with Disabilities | 80 - 100%

We offer you

• Overall responsibility for managing the Life with Disabilities department with 120 residents and 65 employees
• Participation in strategy development and further development of services in Frienisberg
• Responsibility for the current service and care mandate
• Implementation of the Disability and Services Act (BLG) and development of quality and documentation in the residential area according to IHP
• Coordination of the resident process and ongoing optimisation of care quality
• Deputising for the Head of Life in Old Age (150 employees, 140 residents)
• Professional and interdisciplinary collaboration
• A large scope for creativity in a future-oriented environment

You are

• A convincing leader with solid practical experience in social pedagogy, psychiatry or long-term care or a comparable environment and have further training in leadership/management
• Experienced in developing strategies and successfully implementing projects
• Clear and transparent in your communication as well as empathetic, loyal, appreciative and team-oriented
• Open to new ideas and motivated to actively shape the future of Frienisberg
