What you bring
- Training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in accompanying and supporting people with disabilities
- Enjoyment in contributing to the development of a new residential group structure and active participation
- Flexibility, resilience, teamwork skills, patience, as well as the will and ability to make a difference
- Good administrative skills and computer knowledge
What to expect
- Individual support and care for seven residents with complex behaviours and an increased care ratio
- Work in an interdisciplinary team and maintain contact with relatives and legal representatives
- Varied tasks in case management

For over 50 years, SSBL – Foundation for Self-Determined and Supported Living – has been accompanying and supporting people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. The Kompass residential form is aimed at adults with an increased need for structured housing and supported transitions, with the goal of assisting residents in acquiring coping strategies.
