VENIO is a vascular medicine centre with two locations in Thun. Our focus areas are the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels. We run an interdisciplinary wound clinic and care for patients with obesity.
The VENIO team consists of four doctors, twelve nursing professionals and assistants, three physiotherapists, three compression specialists and a nutritionist. Together we care for patients from the entire Bernese Oberland as well as from the Thun agglomeration.
Your area of responsibility
You take on a central role in the organisation and further development of our practice. You keep an eye on the administrative and economic processes and, together with the team, ensure smooth practice operations.
Practice organisation & administration
- Organisation and coordination of daily practice operations
- Support at reception as well as with appointment and patient administration
- Support with billing and control of administrative processes
- Organisation of meetings and team meetings including preparation of documents
Finance, budget & controlling
- Participation in annual budget planning and ongoing budget control
- Monitoring and analysing practice key figures, costs and relevant performance data
- Preparation of statistics, evaluations and decision-making bases
- Identifying deviations and highlighting optimisation potential
Personnel & deployment planning
- Support with personnel and duty planning
Quality, hygiene & processes
- Ensuring and further developing hygiene requirements and quality standards
- Reviewing existing processes and actively contributing to their optimisation
Ordering & infrastructure
- Support with ordering, equipment maintenance and upkeep
Your profile
- Completed training in the medical or commercial field
- Professional experience in a medical practice, healthcare or practice management
- Training as a Medical Practice Coordinator or training in the business sector
- Organisational talent as well as structured, independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different professional groups
- Very good German and PC skills
