kaiserkraft, a strong brand of the TAKKT Group, is looking for a motivated individual to strengthen the team in Steinhausen as an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)!

Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

• Active customer care: You sustainably support our customers, secure competitive advantages and increase sales through targeted cross- and upselling.
• Quotation & CRM management: You create, manage and track quotations in close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments.
• Customer development: You identify relevant contacts and implement needs-oriented development plans.
• Service quality: You handle customer enquiries across all channels (telephone, email, chat and online shop) and ensure high availability.
• Sales analysis: You analyse key figures and derive measures for continuous performance improvement.

• Professional experience & talent: You have completed vocational training and have experience dealing with customers. You convince with your strong service orientation and sales talent.
• Languages: You speak fluent Swiss German. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Customer focus: You bring a lot of empathy, understand your customers’ needs and combine this with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Working style: You work in a structured, reliable manner and organise your tasks independently and efficiently.
• Mindset: You are open to new technologies, actively engage with digitalisation and continuously develop yourself and your working methods.

• Working hours & flexibility: 40-hour week with flexitime, 25 days’ holiday and home office options of up to two days per week.
