Lung League Switzerland
The Lung League is a national, non-profit health organisation. In Switzerland, 15 regional Lung Leagues advise people with lung and respiratory diseases so that they can live as independently and symptom-free as possible. The umbrella organisation Lung League Switzerland employs 30 staff in Köniz. It coordinates the activities of the leagues, is committed to health promotion and prevention, and represents the organisation and its members, among others, to specialist doctors, health insurers, and authorities.

Clerk Continuing Education and Travel Organisation (60-70%)
Your area of responsibility
- Continuing Education/Course Administration: Planning, organisation and administration of continuing education; support for course participants and lecturers; coordination of appointments, rooms, course documents and materials; examination secretariat for federal qualifications; participation in projects to further develop and digitise continuing education offerings; assistance in organising the Tuberculosis Symposium and the TB Hotline
- Oxygen Holiday/Travel Offers: Organisation and administrative support of the Oxygen Holiday trips; coordination of trips, participants and registrations; ensuring oxygen supply; promotion and follow-up of the trips. December 2026 – May 2027 maternity cover, subsequently administrative support of the Oxygen Holiday area on a smaller scale.

Your profile
- Commercial training or equivalent, with several years of professional experience in course administration and/or project management
- Proactive personality with a solution-oriented attitude and initiative, capable of driving projects forward in a structured and independent manner
- Enjoyment in dealing with people, calm and organised personality
- Experience and/or interest in new (learning) technologies, process optimisation, digitisation and trends in the education sector
- Confident use of MS Office, SharePoint and affinity for digitisation
- Native German speaker with (mandatory) very good knowledge of French (C1), additional languages advantageous
