Head / Department Manager Flowers (m/f/d)

Mission

You love flowers and fully commit to managing this department to ensure your customers enjoy purchases that are as fresh and pleasant as possible.
You ensure that flowers are always sufficiently available and ready for sale.
Your skill is required for the creation and attractive presentation of flower bouquets.
Friendly and open by nature, you inspire our customers with your expert advice.
Your team needs you and vice versa: therefore, you lead your team with mutual respect and ensure the well-being of everyone.

Do you have training as a flower salesperson, florist, or significant experience in flower sales? Perfect!
You have a sense of leadership and have already held a similar position in sales.
Your knowledge in the field of flowers is a plus.
You have excellent written and spoken French skills.
You are flexible regarding working hours.
You adapt easily to new IT tools.
