Customer Service Advisor Bodywork Passenger Cars up to 3.5t (80–100 %)
Accidents happen quickly – Calag repairs: Would you like to contribute your know-how in a modern and versatile bodywork workshop on the outskirts of Langenthal in a relaxed team?
What you can achieve with us:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers in the event of vehicle damage
- You ensure the service processes and communication around damage cases
- Creating and processing quotes, telephone and video assessments are also part of your duties
- You plan and coordinate repair appointments and ensure the planning of replacement vehicles
- Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a smooth order flow to the satisfaction of our customers

What you bring with you:
- You have completed a technical basic training in the automotive trade – ideally as a bodywork panel beater
- You bring commercial knowledge as well as, if possible, initial experience from a similar role
- You master the German language in spoken and written form and are confident in using common Microsoft tools
- Your strengths are a high service orientation, communicative flair and a confident, winning manner
- You hold a category B driving licence
