To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Planner (m/f/d). We offer an exciting position in an innovative high-tech company in an international environment.

Tasks/Responsibilities
Your tasks
- Preparation, disposition and planning of production in one function – from technical work preparation through material disposition to on-time and capacity-oriented production planning
- Interface between purchasing, assembly team leaders, R&D and order management
- AVOR (Work Preparation): Creation and maintenance of work plans, definition of manufacturing steps, organisation of fixtures/tools, provision of complete manufacturing documents, interface to design/engineering
- Disposition: Demand determination from orders and planning, triggering purchase requisitions (ordering itself is done by purchasing), monitoring delivery dates and material availability, ensuring timely provision for production
- Production Planning: Creation, maintenance and adjustment of short- to medium-term production plans (quantities, dates, sequences), capacity balancing with assembly and testing, sequence and priority planning in case of bottlenecks, monitoring production order deadlines and proactive escalation
- R&D Planning: Scheduling R&D requirements (prototypes, pre-series, special assemblies) into ongoing production, coordinating resources and dates between development and production, considering material and capacity requirements for development orders
- Maintenance of planning-relevant master data in the ERP system (bills of materials, work plans, throughput times, batch sizes)
- Reporting and KPIs (delivery reliability, throughput times, utilisation)
- Participation in continuous improvement of planning and preparation processes (CIP, Lean)
Qualifications
You bring the following
- Successfully completed apprenticeship (electronics, mechanics would be an advantage)
- Further training in production/logistics/PPS (or equivalent)
- Experience in work preparation, disposition & production planning
- Experience in single/small series production with a high technical component
- Technical understanding of assemblies/components, preferably in vacuum/precision technology
- Advanced knowledge in the use of ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills
